What did you do before joining us? I worked at another Estate Agency.

What attracted you to estate agency? I have always had a general interest in the housing market and my family are in the building trade, so it made perfect sense for me to also work in the industry. From the moment I joined I've not looked back.

What type of mentoring or support have you received during your time with us, and what advice has been a great help? I have received great mentoring from all my colleagues around me, from my directors, who have been great supporters and backed me from the day I joined, to colleagues around the Robinson Jackson Group. The company has really invested in me and helped me grow. The best advice has been not to let a setback get you down, to just bounce back, and to always reachfor the stars!

What are your ambitions for the future? My ambitions for the future are to become a Branch Partner and to keep learning and growing in my industry.

What do you like most about working here? The best thing about working for Robinson Jackson is that you don't feel like a number within a company. The Robinson Jackson group is a family, and that is great and rare to find in a large organisation. It’s what I love the most about Robinson Jackson.

Any advice to those considering a career in estate agency? If you're looking for a career and not just a job, this is it. You get great job satisfaction whilst alongside industry leaders. There is so much talent and skills to learn from each other. I love hitting targets and climbing the career ladder.

WILDCARD - What did you want to be when you were 10 years old? I wanted to join the Army.
