Our team performed outstandingly throughout the awards’ detailed mystery shop process and independent judging period, during which more than 25 criteria were assessed. 

The British Property Awards provide consumers throughout the UK with a way of comparing agents and the service they deliver. Agents who go the extra mile and provide outstanding levels of customer service are rewarded with an accolade, which acts as a beacon of endorsement and should be recognised among the public as a seal of approval.
